Great information and recommendations. I'll definitely try these out!
1I always find Kashi cereals a bit too dry. I never did try the shredded wheat ones, but I may give it a try now.
2I hardly eat cereal, but when I do, I have some granola kind, or lately, because of my young son, we always have Cheerios on hand, and I realized that I love it!
I'm obsessed with Kashi cereals! I love the Strawberry Fields kind the most. And my second fave is the Wild Blueberry and Oats one.
3I would try those, but I have a wheat intolerance.
